Virtually every vehicle manufacturer at one time or another has issued a
recall for their respective product – at Northern State Auto we request recall
information pertaining to each and every vehicle we sell. Should an open
recall or recalls be found on one of our inventoried vehicles; the recall will
be performed before the vehicle is offered for sale by us. Unlike larger
dealerships, we place effort and care in each vehicle we sell. Should
information we request expose an open recall for one of our vehicles, we
will facilitate the recall being performed at the respective vehicle
dealership not at NSA. Additionally there exists a several month lag
between the reporting of the recall being performed and the information
noted in the Vehicle’s Recall History File; thus, we will provide to our
customer documentation or proof of the recall being performed to the
particular vehicle.
